The Blackened Spine Bookshop offers refunds or replacements only in limited circumstances. Because we sell used and secondhand books, all items are considered final sale unless they arrive damaged or significantly not as described.

Refunds are considered only if an item arrives damaged in transit or differs substantially from the product description.

Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a refund or replacement.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
